GETTING A PRE-APPROVED LOAN

Finally, you have found your Dream Home, but it gets sold right in front of your eyes because you didn't do your homework!  You don't have a pre-approved loan.  Most potential buyers find a house that they can not live without and then they start the process of applying for a loan.  Doing a little preplanning will save you a lot of time and trouble in the long-run.

A pre-approved loan involves a close look at the following areas:

·Credit History
·Employment History
·Annual Salary
·Outstanding Debt
·Assets
·Money available for a down payment

Finding a financial firm that you have confidence in will take a lot of stress off of this process.  Ask friends and neighbors who they have used and how the process went.If you have already started looking at houses with a Real Estate Agent they can be a great source of advice on finding a creditable lending firm.  Along with making sure you are in a good finical position to buy a house, a pre-approval will allow you to see what you can and can't afford. You might be surprised after speaking with a Lender you're Dream Home could be right at your fingertips.

Once you have a pre-approved loan, you are ready to purchase the home of your dreams.  Find a Realtor that you have confidence in and who knows what you are looking for.

HAPPY HOUSE HUNTING!!!
