GETTING A PRE-APPROVED LOAN Finally, you have found your Dream Home, but it gets sold right in front of your eyes because you didn't do your homework! You don't have a pre-approved loan. You might be surprised after speaking with a Lender you're Dream Home could be right at your fingertips. Once you have a pre-approved loan, you are ready to purchase the home of your dreams.
